police car was rammed following a dramatic high-speed chase with carjackers in east London.
Scotland Yard said a woman, in her mid-60s, had been dragged from her Audi A3 by two young men in Trader Road, Beckton on Wednesday morning.
She suffered minor injuries during the robbery around 8am.
Met operators circulated the vehicle and 40 minutes later local officers saw it seven miles away in Wennington Road, Rainham.
