Jacqueline Jossa, who rose to fame as Lauren Branning in EastEnders, has opened up about taking a break from her diet.
The former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner lost eight pounds earlier in the summer, but has decided now is the right time to hit pause on her healthy eating regime, after admitting it was hard to manage during her recent house-move.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, she said: “Sometimes it’s good to allow yourself to just eat what you want. When I do watch what I eat, I still have bread and chips and sugar, it’s just all in moderation.”
Jacqueline, along with her husband Dan Osborne and their two daughters, Ella and Mia, have recently moved into a house they’ve been renovating in Essex

The 28-year-old also opened up about her experience with trolls and body confidence.
Despite being in a good place with how she looks now, the star admitted she’d been battling with negative comments online since she first started on EastEnders in 2010, when she was just 17.
In an interview earlier this year with Fabulous, Jacqueline explained that joining the London soap as a teenager was probably the first time she’d face such personal criticism.
“I was size 8 and honestly thought I was so fat because of the response of people on one picture, I hadn’t even made it onto telly yet,” she said.
Nowadays, the former Queen of the Jungle said she ‘doesn’t care’ what other people think of her and that she’s confident ‘no matter what size I am’.
She told OK!: “I don’t think that [self-confidence] comes from how you look – it’s more about how you feel and treat other people.”
