Mesdames et messieurs, it is with deepest pride and zee greatest pleasure that I proudly present your grey goo.
Once maliciously marketed as run-of-the-mill pâté, we’re setting the record straight with a cookies ‘n’ cream sensation — so good it’ll make your dishes dance. Bon appétit!
Ingredients (Makes 12)
- 1 pack of Birds Dream topping
- 150ml milk
- 150ml double cream
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 Oreos
- 12 scalloped biscuits (we like Thin Arrowroots)
Method (15-20 mins)
Step 1: Whisk the cream in a large bowl until thick.
Step 2: Combine the milk and Birds Dream topping in another bowl, until thick and creamy.
Step 3: Blitz the Oreos in a food processor, until they’re finely ground. Fold them into your whipped cream along with the Dream mix, vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
Step 4: Leave to cool in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before piping the grey stuff onto your scalloped biscuits. Delicious!
