Tonight saw the return of the ultra wealthy buying Britain’s Most Expensive Houses.
When people are buying houses for millions of pounds, they have every right to be picky.
But one buyer on tonight’s programme seemed to cross the line.

Up for sale was a Kensington Penthouse worth £4.5million, over seven times the UK average property price.
It featured an electronic roof that folds back, a huge marble island, sleek lounge designs and looked absolutely breathtaking.
Russian estate agent Polina took Si, a mortgage broker to the super rich, round the house.
He was looking to buy the house for his boss, a mega rich man in finance.
Si spotted the pad via the estate agent’s Instagram and decided to have a look as his boss was looking to relocate from South Africa to London.

All he was after was a five-car garage, Si said. However, it turned out there was another requirement that he forgot to mention before going into the building.
Polina showed Si around and he seemed more than impressed with the property, constantly describing it as “cool”.
She couldn’t wait to show him the main attraction, the breathtaking open plan kitchen, but it quickly flew back in her face.
Si’s face dropped as he saw it, and said: “He doesn’t like kitchens because he doesn’t like cooking.
“He doesn’t like the smell.
“He wants a five-car garage and a separate kitchen for the chef to use.”
So the sale fell through the second he saw the kitchen.
One viewer reacted: “The ‘guy’ on Britain’s most expensive houses, that doesn’t like kitchens, sounds like an absolute d****e bag!”
Another wrote: “Are you watching Britain’s most expensive homes? This guy has a client apparently the kitchen is a deal breaker because he doesn’t like to cook most ridiculous I’ve ever heard”
A third tweeted: “britains most expensive home, with the most amazing kitchen and buyer doesn’t like to cook or the smell from a kitchen – this is the best comedy on tv at the moment.
However others were just enjoying the entertainment, with another tweeting: “Channel 4’s Britain’s Most Expensive Houses is pretty much everything I hoped Selling Sunset would be.”
