Holly Willoughby has wowed fans on Instagram with her latest post ahead of her appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show.

The This Morning host is appearing on the talk show tonight (December 11) to promote her new book, Reflections and posed on the sofa in a dark blue dress.

Writing in the caption of the post, Holly said: “Tonight on ITV at 10.05pm I’m on The Jonathan Ross Show talking about my book Reflections… this book is quite simply a piece of myself that I wanted to share with you in hope that it resonates with you and starts a conversation with yourself. See you tonight alongside Usain Bolt, Joanna Lumley, and Jamie Dornan.”

The presenter told Ross: “My first job was for sanitary towels. I remember all my friends saying, ‘Let’s see you in a magazine’.

“[I was there saying] ‘Don’t look at it!’ I was the face of sanitary towels.”

Holly eventually stepped away from modelling at the age of 17, revealing the reason while promoting her 2017 book Reflections.

Speaking to friend and TV presenter Christine Lampard, Holly said she feared she might “damage” her body if she continued to lose weight after an agency called her “overweight”.

“I had been travelling around the world in Australia. And I must have been 17, I was straight up and down. No hips, no boobs, I was tiny,” she said.
