Former I’m A Celebrity…..Get Me Out Here! contestant and Olympian Mo Farah shared the one piece of advice he would give contestants heading to the Welsh castle this year.

The ITV reality show will soon be back on our screens, with rumours swirling about who will be taking part.

The star was known for his hilarious moments on the show that thoroughly entertained the nation.

From his EastEnders Pat Butcher blunder to his snake phobia that saw him scream his way through every bush tucker trail he was nominated for, he offered some unforgettable moments.

But his time on the show came to a close when he became the eighth celebrity to be eliminated on December 2 2020 alongside AJ Pritchard.

Speaking at The Pride of Britain Awards in London yesterday (October 30), the star said: “Just enjoy it and be yourself, that’s what it’s all about.”

He added: “And you know, don’t put your expectations so high, you never know what’s going to happen.”

When asked “Did you break any of the rules?”, he said he didn’t, but probably would have if he had the opportunity to do it all again, jokingly added: “If I knew, I would have definitely taken sweets in.”
